Bid 684 Ventura College AEC Bleachers and Elevator

This scope of work is a summary and is not intended to limit work described in the construction documents with exception of specific items listed by another contractor. This project includes providing an emergency generator and emergency lighting, installation of new assistive listening system, passenger elevator and split air conditioner for the elevator machine room, replacement of existing telescoping bleachers on the gym floor, modification to the restrooms, handrails, and fire alarm systems.
