SPHS 600 Wing Project (03-121776)

We have a mandatory jobwalk convening on 4/21/22 at the District Office, and the bid opening will be on 5/17/22. If all goes as planned, we will board-approve a contract on 5/25/22 and start construction once school concludes in early June.

This job requires general contractor pre-qualification. Only pre-qualified contractors can bid on this job. The eight prequalified contractors are Kemcorp, Viola, AMG, Waisman, McGillivray, Ardalan, Newton, and MIK. Additionally, the project’s MEP subs must be pre-qualified by SPUSD. The list of approved subs is pasted into the e-mail below.
