PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT
The Project entails the construction of a new 32,656 square foot 5-story building with basement. The upper 4 floors will be 34 Studio Apartments for resident populations of adults with mental illness and Veterans, the ground floor will be offices providing Mental Health Services for residents. The Basement which will become Medical and Dental Clinic will be built out under a separate permit.
The project scope includes site demo, earthwork, shoring, underground utilities, site concrete, landscaping, pavers, concrete, lightweight concrete, CMU, structural and ornamental steel, steel stairs, hand and guardrails, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, solid surfaces, insulation, waterproofing, roofing, sheet metal, traffic coatings, doors and hardware, O/H Doors, Storefronts, windows, lath and plaster, drywall, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, misc. specialities, Elevators, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm and low voltage.
