There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 9AM on March 7, 2023. Contractors shall meet
at the Santa Paula Unified School District Office parking lot at 201 S. Steckel Drive, Santa Paula, CA
93060. The jobwalk will then continue to the jobsite location at Santa Paula High School. Any
Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will
be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
