As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide on-call roofing repair and maintenance services at City owned facilities throughout Oxnard as directed by the City’s Project Manager. The not to exceed Contract amount will be one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) during the two (2) year Contract Term.
