ERHS Shade Canopy Project

The District intends to have a third-party install a shade structure (approx. 640sf of steel frame and fabric) in the center of the ERHS campus. The District intends to hire a licensed General Contractor to coordinate & protect the shade structure, prepare & grade the pad, install a new concrete slab, handrails, drinking fountain, truncated domes, striping, a gate with panic hardware, etc. ADA-accessibility will be incorporated. The project is more thoroughly described in the bid package. With school beginning on August 11, work will need to be completed outside school hours (after 4pm on most school days). Submittals will need to be provided to the District and Architect within the first two weeks after the Notice of Award.
