RFP for Development of Plans, Specs, Cost Estimates, & Const Docs for Stow Grove Park (CIP 9074)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for Preparation of Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimates, Engineering and Construction Documents for the Stow Grove Park Master Plan & Renovation Project (CIP 9074). The total project cost is estimated to be $8 million - $9 million, inclusive of architectural, geotechnical, and engineering services, permitting, construction management, inspection, construction, and contingency costs.
