Bids are due November 17 at 3:00PM

This project consists of the following:   

ADA improvements of (4) existing restrooms in an existing commercial suite, including new finishes, plumbing fixtures, showers, toilet partitions, ADA path of travel, ADA parking relocations and ADA Signage.  No Exterior Changes, No New Square Footage Added.

MBW / WBE / DVBE Contractors are encouraged to bid

This project is NOT Prevailing Wage

The scope of work includes hard demolition, soft demolition, ADA Parking Signage, Striping, Truncated Domes, New Bollard, Wood Wall Framing, Finish Carpentry, Cabinetry & Countertops, Drywall, Tile, Painting, Toilet Partitions & Accessories, Lockers, Existing Fire Sprinkler head relocation, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical
