The Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District (“PVRPD”) will receive sealed bids for the Slurry
Sealing Project at the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Parks District office at 1605 E. Burnley St. Camarillo, Ca. 93010 no later than January 13, 2026, at 10:00, a.m., at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on PVRPD’s Bid Forms.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the work scope, specifications, and contract documents. Work includes cleaning and preparing the parking lot surfaces, necessary asphalt patching, grinding asphalt at ADA path of travel transitions for compliance, crack sealing. application of Type II slurry seal to designated parking lot areas, striping and marking of parking spaces and other features, and removal and proper disposal of debris generated during the project.
