Lompoc Fire Station 51 Flooring Project
Remove existing floor finishes and install new resilient plank flooring and rubber base in all designated upstairs areas (Rooms 1–10 per Attachment A) and in the downstairs training room and captain’s office. Restrooms are excluded from flooring replacement; provide clean, code-compliant transitions at restroom thresholds.
