Enhancement of the exterior building facade including the removal of spalling concrete, patching of voids in the concrete, application of concrete sealant, resealing all windows and building appurtenances, application of graffiti film to windows, and exterior painting.

The Parkview Project consists of replacing approximately 670 feet of pipeline, 12 service connections and associated water meters, and three fire hydrants along Parkview Drive in Casitas Springs. Specifically, the project will replace the existing 2-inch water main with an 8-inch water main.

The Santa Barbara's Metropolitan Transit District (MTD) seeks a contractor to convert the existing 208V zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure to 480V at its Terminal 1 facility serving electric buses and vans. The project involves, installing MTD-furnished four Level 3 DC fast charger cabinets (14 connectors) and three Level 2 chargers, adding concrete pads and support framing for the new charging equipment, new LED lighting and control panels, and installation of a cellular repeater.

Seismic retrofit of the Park Lane Reservoir consisting of the replacement of the existing reservoir structure with a new reinforced concrete structure constructed within the footprint of the existing reservoir. Work includes demolition, reinforced concrete installation, construction of piping and appurtenant improvements, and site improvements.

Reservoir seismic retrofit and replacement project for Terminal Reservoir.

Work will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, abatement, disposal, equipment, and warranties to complete the exterior painting/sealing of various buildings across Ventura College campus. Work will comply with Dunn Edwards Paint Specifications attachment and include surface preparation, abatement, crack seal of concrete walls, and priming and painting of various substrates. Remove existing aggregate ballast (approx. 5,150 sq ft) and replace with membrane roof, remove existing built-up roof (approx. 820 sq ft) and replace with steel roof deck including ancillary, build trellis over an existing opening (approx. 92 sq ft), and all ancillary work. Additionally, there are two additive alternate bids. Alternate bid one includes removal and replacement of coping and alternate bid two includes removal and replacement of existing domed skylights and curbs.
